Chip Gaines addressed the ongoing divorce rumors that have encircled him and wife Joanna for a while now, and he had a really simple message for everybody wondering if the couple was headed to be the next Flip Or Flop couple.

When responding to a fan that had mentioned the divorce rumors on Twitter last night, Chip had a very specific message for anybody wondering if trouble was brewing (below):
Well all right!!!
“You can take that to the bank” is a REALLY sure-fired, strong way to say it — either Chip is gonna eat those words because divorce rumors are true, or you really can take that to the bank!
