We’ve just learned that Juliette Kimoto, who was crowned Mrs. Nevada in 2006, has been found guilty of scheming tens of thousands of Americans out of $30 million! Wowsa!
Kimoto was involved in an “online operation,” in which she did the following:
– Sold a dietary supplement that she claimed was back with scientific data AND was endorsed by Oprah
– Marketed nonexistent work-at-home opportunities
– Enrolled consumers in “costly, monthly membership clubs without their consent”
As punishment, Juliette is being ordered to pay over $90,000, and she’s being forced to give up over $130,000 worth of her personal assets. She MAY also get jail time for her actions!
