Former Desperate Housewives star Josh Henderson was arrested on Tuesday night in El Lay for alleged burglary.
TMZ reports that Josh’s neighbors came home to find that they were missing $7k worth of jewels, and have security footage allegedly showing Josh and two others climbing a balcony on their property to commit the crime. After he was arrested by LAPD for suspected felony burglary, he spent a few hours in jail before his $50,000 bail was posted.

A source close to Josh shared with TMZ that he was only recognized on surveillance footage by neighbors because of his jaw line:
“Josh was initially mistakenly identified with a grainy security camera, but he is fully cooperating and evidence is now being presented to the authorities showing he had nothing to do with any of this. Josh is innocent and we are confident he will be cleared very quickly.”
Fans of Hallmark‘s original Christmas movies will recognize him from the recent movie Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas, but we’re not sure if he will be!
