Ex-Pussycat Dolls Star Jessica Sutta Says She Wasn't Asked To Join Reunion Tour Because WHY?!?!

The Pussycat Dolls are back, but not everyone got the memo — and the drama is already hitting high notes!

Former Pussycat Dolls member Jessica Sutta is speaking out in a brand-new podcast interview this week, and let’s just say she is not staying quiet about being left off the group’s upcoming PCD Forever reunion tour. Oh, and according to her, there may be a very controversial reason why she didn’t make the cut.

The iconic girl group, fronted by Nicole Scherzinger and known for turning out hit after hit in the mid-2000s, is gearing up for a major comeback. But instead of a full-on nostalgic reunion, only three familiar faces — Nicole, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts — are set to hit the road for the 2026 tour, which will include stops across the US, Europe, and the UK. Oh, and there’s even a new single titled Club Song to sweeten the deal.

But here’s where things get messy! Sutta claimed that she — and apparently other former members — were completely left in the dark about the reunion plans. Speaking on the Maverick Approach podcast on Monday, she said:

“None of us were called. None of us were told about anything. In fact, we were blindsided.”

Yikes. That’s not exactly the sisterhood vibes fans remember.

Even more awkward? Sutta says Nicole didn’t reach out until the very day the reunion news went public, and she didn’t even pick up the phone:

“I don’t plan to call her back. I love Nicole. This is very bittersweet for me. I respect her as an artist. I even cried with joy when she won her Tony [for Sunset Boulevard] just recently.”

Sooo what gives?

According to Sutta, her outspoken political views may have played a role in her exclusion. She’s been vocal about her support for the extremely controversial Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and didn’t shy away from addressing the backlash she’s received:

“I align with Bobby Kennedy, which is aligning with MAGA. Do I love what [Donald] Trump is doing? Absolutely not. I do not believe in war. [But] we didn’t have a chance for the [vaccine] injured community to get help without him… People are screaming at me, ‘You’re MAGA, you’re MAGA.’ Yeah, I am. I triple down on it because I’m so sick of people telling me who I should be.”

That’s… a lot. And clearly, it’s adding another layer to an already complicated situation.

(Important to note that the vast majority of medical experts and health organizations consistently defend vaccine safety and denounce claims pushed by anti-vaxxer leaders like RFK Jr.)

And Sutta isn’t alone. Fellow former Doll Carmit Bachar also recently revealed she found out about the reunion at the same time as everyone else… online. Bachar wrote on Instagram not long ago:

“I would have appreciated direct communication. In light of recent developments, I feel it is important to speak honestly and respectfully. I was not contacted regarding the group’s decision to move forward, and I learned of these plans at the same time as the public. Given my history with the brand, having been part of its foundation long before its commercial debut and instrumental in the connections that led to the record deal… I would have appreciated direct communication. While this is disappointing on a personal level, I remain proud of the role I played in helping shape what The Pussycat Dolls became. I believe the legacy of any group is built not only by those seen on stage, but also by the collective contributions and shared vision that brought it to life.”

Oof.

BTW, you can ch-ch-check out Sutta’s interview (below):

Nevertheless, the show will go on. The 53-date tour kicks off June 5 in California and promises a global spectacle, with special appearances from Lil’ Kim and Mya along the way.

But with this much behind-the-scenes tension already spilling out, we can’t help but wonder: is this reunion already unraveling before it even begins??? Nah, probably not. With Nicole at the helm it’ll be fab, we’re sure.
