Well this is disturbing…
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission released a video of dummies being hit in the head, face, hands, arms, EVERYWHERE by exploding errant fireworks, and, um, yikes!!!
The video — released in advance of July 4 in an attempt to remind people of the dangers of fireworks — is definitely alarming, and with all the dummies involved, it’s also a little weird.
