What an EXPENSIVE breakup!
As we reported, Frances Bean Cobain‘s ex husband Isaiah Silva is requesting no less than $25K a month in spousal support, claiming Courtney Love‘s daughter has $100 million of her dad’s money. The couple — who did NOT have a prenup — split in March, after being married for less than two years.

On Wednesday, the 24-year-old was ordered by a judge to fork over nearly $50K in temporary support.
According to legal docs, Kurt Cobain‘s child has to pay her ex $12K for the next four months, and will also have to pay $15K in legal fees.
During this four-month period, the couple will go through mediation, which will determine whether Silva will be granted his requested amount of aid.
Isaiah was kicked out of the couple’s house ten days ago.
Moral of the story… SIGN THE DAMN PRENUP!
