Frances Bean Cobain had a touching tribute for her father Kurt Cobain on what would have been his 50th birthday!
The 24-year-old shared a handwritten note thanking the late Nirvana frontman for the “gift of life” on Monday, which she posted to Instagram.

In case you don’t remember, the singer died on April 6, 1994 when Frances was just a baby, which makes her note even more beautiful.
The aspiring model also shared a screenshot of a sweet text to her grandma (below) about Cobain:
