Just days after NBC promoted Seth Meyers from a part-time gig on Saturday nights to the full-time Monday thru Friday job of hosting Late Night in 2014, more troubling news is emerging from Studio 8H!
According to sources at the NY Post, Fred Armisen, a.k.a — Boy George in this charming clip — is saying sayonara after this weekend’s finale!
In addition, the same source says there’s a good chance Jason Sudeikis will quit Saturday Night Live, too!!
Oh noes!!! Who will play Joe Biden?!
Ugh! If these rumors are true, our funny-bones will be royally pissed off!
If there’s a silver lining to all this departure dramz, though, it’s that unemployed comedians can use this as an opportunity to flood Lorne Michaels‘ inbox with resumes and reels!
It looks like SNL will certainly be hiring for next Fall!
