Joe Francis is a free man!
The Girls Gone Wild impresario made a court appearance in Panama City, Florida today and after agreeing to a plea deal he was released!
Joe will supposedly be back in L.A. as early as tonight.
As y’all know he was just extradited from Nevada to Florida to face charges.
We didn’t expect such a quick release!
Francis plead no contest to the charges of filming underage girls and has been sentenced to time served. He will be on six months “non-reporting” probation, and Girls Gone Wild can’t film in the Panama City area for three years.
County authorities are supposedly returning to Joe his brand new Ferrari and $60,000 that they confiscated from him last year.
Joe’s spent almost a year in jail.
