Yesterday, we showed you a one minute teaser clip of Ridley Scott‘s Prometheus, but today, we have the FULL-LENGTH trailer in all its sci-fi glory.
After debuting the preview at WonderCon this weekend, we find out that the movie follows the Prometheus spaceship crew in the year 2085. They eventually “discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.”
WHAAA!!! Holy shiz.
So, even though the movie was originally conceived as a prequel to Alien, it eventually developed into a whole separate story on its own.
And good news! Scott already mentioned that a sequel is on the horizon at yesterday’s panel.
