Alice Tan Ridley, mother of Gabourey Sidibe, has advanced to the semi-final round of America’s Got Talent for her singing voice!
Gabby says of her mother:
“I’m really, really proud and really happy for her.She’s always been a singer and so it’s a different way of seeing her. It’s weird that she’s kind of blooming and blossoming a bit, but like, that’s just my mom and that’s what she’s always been doing and so she just has a wider audience now.”
