Lady GaGa settled her lawsuit with former producer Rob Fusari…and now HE’S getting sued by someone ELSE!
Singer/songwriter Wendy Starland is suing Fusari for cutting her out after finding GaGa for him. Specifically, she’s charging Fusari and his company with “breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment and quantum meruit.”
Here’s what Starland claims Fusari asked her to find:
├óΓé¼┼ô…Unique female singer, under the age of 25, who could be the female equivalent of the lead singer of the band The Strokes.├óΓé¼┬¥
Here’s what she claims Fusari promised her:
├óΓé¼┼ô…If she could find and introduce him to such a singer, they would work together to develop the singer and share equally in any revenues earned as a result.├óΓé¼┬¥
Starland claims that after Fusari got GaGa a record deal, he agreed to share revenues with her, but never followed through on their agreement.
Was anyone else out there involved in launching GaGa’s career?
