Yesterday the news came out that legendary comedian Gallagher had suffered a heart attack before performing a set, and was then rushed to the hospital.
Now we’re hearing that he’s been put in a medically induced coma.
But there IS a silver lining, as we’re being told his prognosis is good — he was put into the coma to recover.
He will remain in the coma until Friday afternoon, and it was his second heart attack.
Honestly, we’ve never heard of a heart attack patient being put into a coma to recover, but we learn something new every day!
We just want him to get better, and to start smashing watermelons again!
