It doesn’t take a CSI expert to know things are not good between Gary Dourdan and his ex.
For starters, he allegedly broke her nose. Now she (rightfully) wants a restraining order!
Nicole Vail Cannizzaro is her name, and in the filing she cites breaking up with him all the way back in May because of his affinity for drugs. The breakup and cutting of communication only made the drug use worse, though.
She claims that he actually put recording devices in her home and then broke in (creepy!!). It was a punch to her face that broke her nose. A neighbor called the cops while she hid in the alley, where she was found by the officers who arrived on the scene.
She got an emergency protective order, but now has filed for a restraining order of at least 100 feet.
Crazy. Drugs will make you do the worst things. Or, he could just be a terrible guy, too. Combine them and that’s no small issue.
