KISS member Gene Simmons was on the receiving end of a temporary restraining order filed by Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo who claimed that Simmons tried to kill them!
The three of them were at The Grove shopping center in El Lay on December 19 when Marlowe came up to Simmons and asked him about “his public persona about monogamy.”
It was then he claims Simmons grabbed him by the throat followed by a headbutt before choking him and saying “I will kill you.” Marlowe then says Simmons also grabbed his wife Cynthia by the throat and said the same thing to her before taking their camera!
Well, it was kind of a douchey question if you ask us!
The judge rejected the temporary restraining order application citing that the couple didn’t show “a threat of future harm.”
Case closed and lesson learned!
