Elisabetta Canalis and her husband Brian Perri welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world on Tuesday, and the new momma was quick to share as many sweet snaps as she could on Instagram!

The Italian actress and the orthopedic surgeon had their first child — a daughter named Skylar — at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA, and she is just TOO cute!

While Elisabetta gushed over the new addition to her family, she also gave a big shout-out to her doctor by taking a pic with her (above)! She spent the caption expressing her gratitude:
