Earlier this month, George Clooney decided to “take a break” from his relationship with Elisabetta Canalis, and according to a source, the two were “trying to figure out what the next step should be.”
Looks like they figured it out, because earlier today they released a statement announcing the end of their two-year relationship:
“We are not together anymore. It’s very difficult and very personal, and we hope everyone can respect our privacy.”
As we said before, we wish them both the best of luck as they go their separate ways.
There’s nothing easy about a break-up after two years, but we give them lots of credit for ending things after realizing it’s not working. Takes LOTS of guts to do that.
Then again, we’d expect nothing less from the man who robbed not one casino, but THREE casinos in Ocean’s Eleven. Ha!
