George Clooney Beats The Rock & The Avengers, Becomes Highest Paid Actor Of The Year!

Congrats to George Clooney, who is Forbes‘ highest paid actor of the year!
Wait… what blockbuster movies was Clooney in again? Did Suburbicon secretly make a billion dollars??
Nope. The Ocean’s 11 (but not 8) star earned $239 million from between June 1, 2017 and June 1, 2018 thanks mostly to the billion dollar purchase of his tequila brand, Casamigos.

That’s how he beat Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who made $124 mil with big hits like Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and not-as-big hits like Rampage.
3rd and 4th place were both taken by Avengers as Robert Downey Jr. continued his 10-year Iron Man streak with $81 million and Chris Hemsworth called the thunder to the tune of $64.5 mil.
