George Lopez Comes To The Rescue As Prince's Family Is Shut Out From Their Bank Accounts

What an unlikely but sweet story!
Prince‘s assets have been frozen in the ongoing investigation after his death as a judge tries to figure out how to disperse his money and what to give to family, and in the mean time, some of the singer’s family members are really struggling financially.

That was a huge problem, right up until George Lopez stepped in and did the nicest, sweetest thing to help Prince’s loved ones as the courts decide what to do with the late superstar’s estate.
According to TMZ, Lopez floated about $20,000 to cover living expenses for the singer’s siblings since they’ve all been temporarily cut off from the estate.
The comedian was tight with Prince, and he found it important to do this to help his late friend’s family.
Maybe more impressively, he wanted to do it all anonymously, and it was a secret on his end — at least until reporters found out.
Either way, good for you, George! What a selfless gesture!
