Georgia School Shooter's DAD Arrested For Murder -- AR-15 Was A Christmas Present!

Georgia School Shooter Father Arrested On Murder Charges

The father of Colt Gray, the 14-year-old suspect in the Apalachee High School shooting, has been arrested.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced on Thursday night that 54-year-old Colin Gray was charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder, and eight counts of cruelty to children. The alleged teen shooter has been charged with four counts of felony murder after he killed two students and two teachers, as well as injuring several others, on Wednesday morning.

While the shooting was tragic and devastating — an additional gutting detail is the fact that the boy was GIFTED the gun by his father, according to multiple reports. Georgia does not allow minors to own or buy guns, yet the father gave the AR-style weapon to his son in 2023 for Christmas. Unbelievable.

If you think it’s ok for a minor to have access to ANY weapons, we urge you to reevaluate.

This was only months after the teen and his father were interviewed by law enforcement in connection with online threats. Those threats were made on the social-media platform Discord. Only 13 at the time, Gray and his father were both asked about a possible threat made on plans to “shoot up a middle school.”

The teen said “he would never say such a thing, even in a joking manner,” according to law enforcement. No arrests happened because of apparent “inconsistent information.” And the father said his son did not have unsupervised access to guns. Such a massive failure.
