Here’s some not so good news for actor Gerard Butler.
According to the LAPD, the 300 star is being investigated for an alleged attack on a paparazzo.
It seems that a photog filed a police report accusing Butler of punching him several times in the face early Tuesday morning.
Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman, Ana Aguirre, said that due to the report they will now be contacting Butler as he’s the main suspect for misdemeanor battery.
As for Butler’s attorney, he could not be reached for comment.
Reports are that the photographer had been following Butler in his car after the actor left a bar in Los Angeles.
Turns out Butler really doesn’t like to be followed!
