We’re so overwhelmed by the inspiration that is Gabrielle Giffords, and how the presence she has even this soon after the shooting during her first long-form interview.
She might struggle with words still, but she still gets her point across.
One of them being that she won’t return to congress until she’s better, by saying:
“No. Better.”
She drove the point home that that’s her goal, too, that if she gets better she wants to return:
“Yes, yes, yes.”
It’s just absolutely incredible to see her recovery progress.
We’re saddened that she can’t form lengthy sentences, but wow does she drive her points home regardless.
We hope you get better soon so you can come back and run for Senate, Gabby! We’re pulling for you!
