Giffords Shooter Is Trying To Appeal A Forced Medication Ruling

giffords shooter declared unfit for trial
The crazy monster who decided to go on a shooting rampage in Tucson that resulted in multiple deaths, injuries, and Gabrielle Giffords having to recover from being shot in the head, is now in court trying to appeal a decision to force medication on him.
Jared Lee Loughner has been medicated for a few months in a bid to get some clarity back into him so he would be mentally competent. He’s been diagnosed with schizophrenia, disordered thinking and delusions, and was even declared incompetent to stand trial.
A trial in which he has plead not guilty to the 49 charges brought against him.
Not guilty, right.
Anyway, his lawyer has filed the appeal with courts on the grounds that the last order denied their client a “prompt post-deprivation hearing” on emergency forced medication.
We say this dude doesn’t deserve the luxury of anything, but we’re still glad that our law system is in place.
