Tons of screaming fans were reportedly left disappointed over the weekend after waiting to meet Gigi Hadid at Tommy Hilfiger‘s flagship store in London for HOURS to no avail.
According to some Instagram users, the scene was so intense, people were even throwing elbows and getting pretty physical!

Fan LydiePidie wrote to social media:
“Would have been great if people who queued hours got to meet her. Bit disappointing she only stayed for less than 1/2 hr and only met wristband people.”
Another fan complained:
“The amount of people that pushed was unbelievable, I got elbowed in the face and some girl was literally on my back.”
Yikes!
