Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are off again.
On Wednesday, E! News was hearing the couple had been “apart since early November” — something fans had picked up on last month from their social media.

Their source claimed the young stars had each “been really focused on themselves and their separate careers” and had “decided they needed the time” apart, saying there was still a chance for the couple:
“They are still in touch and both hope that things will work out, but their relationship is always up and down.”
But it may be more final than that soft sell is making it sound — according to UsWeekly, the word from multiple sources is the couple is O-V-E-R. One said:
“They’re done. They could get back together, but it’s over for now.”
Another source flat-out blamed it on Zayn, saying Gigi “tried hard to make it work” but the former One Direction singer had “a lot of his own issues that she couldn’t help him get through.”
Yeesh. We wonder what they could be talking about…
The source continued:
“[Gigi] cut herself off from all her friends every time they were together. She focused all her time and energy on him, but it just got to be too much.”
That does not sound healthy at all.
So was this was one of those mythical mutual breakups, a conscious uncoupling? Or did Gigi escape??
