Girl With Flesh Eating Disease Takes Own Breaths!

This is a GREAT sign!
Aimee Copeland is reportedly breathing on her own after multiple amputations caused by necrotizing fasciitis, a rare flesh eating disease!
Before she had been hooked up to a respirator machine, unable to do her own breathing.
Her father, Andy, has tried to remain positive after her hands were amputated last Thursday… that’s when she was actually able to mouth words to them.
What did she say?

“The power of love is undeniable.”

That’s an incredible thing to say, especially in her situation!
She now has to be focused on taking each breath on her own, which will help her lungs recover!
We’re so happy to hear all of this — and we hope that she continues her recovery!
