These days profanity and nudity rule TV, but changing times won’t be changing the sweet-as-pie Girl Meets World.
Like Boy Meets World, Topanga Danielle Fishel assures us that its sequel won’t be exploring drug habits or murder plots like so many other shows do.
Danielle explains:
“We always treated the kids that were watching the show like they were smart and they could get what was going on and they understood the messages; we didn’t have to beat it over your head. If we’re going to try and bring it back, we want to bring it back with the same heart and integrity and innocence that the first one had. We’re going to make sure we don’t let anybody down.”
Phew!!
Don’t get us wrong, we love scandalous storylines like 90210 or Gossip Girl, but we miss stories about Cory prank wars and hitting on girls at the mall!!!
Such simpler times!
