They say music is a universal language, but it’s also a useful tool for learning language!
Gisele Bundchen was born and raised in Brazil speaking Portuguese, but recently revealed she was able to pick up English by listening to Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men when she was a teenager.
During a recent appearance on the Today show, the supermodel said:
“I learned how to speak English by listening to Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey. It was 1994, I was 14.”
AH-mazing!
We wonder if that’s how she learned to sing, too?
It’s crazy to think that maybe none of this would’ve happened without the vocal talents of Mimi and a ’90s boy band!
