We’re slowly getting more information about the sudden passing of Becca Tobin‘s boyfriend, Matt Bendik.
We reported earlier this morning that he was found dead at a hotel in Philadelphia after a night out with friends and the Glee actress.
We’re now hearing that when he was found, he was found facedown in bed by a hotel housekeeper. It’s believed he likely passed away earlier than when he was found and possibly in his sleep.
Also in the room, law enforcement sources are saying drugs and drug paraphernalia were not found. Alcohol is not mentioned in the report. There is also no mention of medication. However, it is also reported that weapons were not found and there were no injuries to Matt’s body.
As far as what may have happened, it was first reported that Becca, 28, had left with Matt, 35, after their night at a club together. We’re now hearing that the last person seen with him alive was a manager at a club in Philadelphia right before midnight. It is believed that Becca might not have left with him or returned to the hotel with him.
We hope his family and friends get the answers they want to help them through this difficult time.
