OMG.
It’s mostly America’s fault, but obesity is quickly spreading.
Said Professor Majid Ezzati, senior author of a new study that revealed these findings:

“Our results show that overweight and obesity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol are no longer Western problems or problems of wealthy nations. Their presence has shifted towards low and middle income countries, making them global problems.”

In 1980, 4.8% of men and 7.9% of women were obese. In 2008, 9.8% of men and 13.8% of women in the world were obese.
This is a global problem that starts with the individual. Start making better health choices — set an example for those around you!
