The Golden Globes red carpet has officially kicked off this Sunday in LA, and of course Giuliana Rancic is one of the first ones there!
The E! cohost was fresh and pretty in a floral Rani Zakhem gown featuring a full skirt and a mock neckline. She was also beautifully tan and had highlighter on her shoulders of all places!
A sleek updo and earth-toned makeup completed the look.
