WTF???
A an anti-choice bill, introduced by Republican Chris Smith and supported by 173 members of the House, includes a provision that could change how Federal funding and health care define “rape.”
As of now, federal dollars are only used for abortion in cases of rape, incest, or when the woman’s life is in danger. But in the proposed bill funding would only cover “cases of ‘forcible’ rape but NOT statutory or coerced rape.”
So, it’s not rape unless she has broken bones and bruises to prove it? That’s great.
Hey, Representative Smith is not rape if she’s asleep, or really drunk, or you bought her something?
