Gordon Ramsay — the guy who yells at folks but has a heart of gold — just finished the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Henderson, Nevada! If just the word IRONMAN isn’t impressive to you, well, peep this: it’s a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run!
Guess what, though! He isn’t done with this kind of thing!
He’ll be completing the IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, which is a 2.4-mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and 26.2-mile run!
Sounds SUPER TOUGH!
