Gorillaz may have created the Grammy-Award winning song Feel Good Inc., but they don’t feel good at all about their songs being performed on Glee.
Here’s what lead singer Damon Albarn had to say about Glee using their songs:
“We wouldn’t let that happen. And not that they’ve asked us because they haven’t, and now they definitely won’t.”
Albarn claims that shows like Glee showcase “a very poor substitute for the real thing.
More from Albarn:
“Those songs won’t last like The Beatles by any stretch of their imagination. They’ll be forgotten in a few years’ time.”
