Dan! Oh, how the tables have turned!
It seems that the love square between Blair, Chuck, Louis and Dan is about turn into a pentagon of pining! Looks like Serena Van der Woodsen is all about recapturing what she had with Dan again!
This sneak peek from next week’s Gossip Girl has everyone buzzing about what’s going to happen between Dan and Serena now that they are in a “fake” relationship to protect Blair. Clearly, Dan is still not over his secret yearning for the princess-to-be, but Serena might be in the mood to change all that and give their love another go.

Our opinion? Chuck and Blair are the endgame for this series, but we really wouldn’t mind seeing Dan have his moment with her just once. Then, after that’s all done, if Serena is still as put together as she is now, then we think she and Dan could work out. And yes, we know — we’re entirely too invested. Ask us if we care! (Answer: no!)
