Maybe Ryan Reynolds WASN’T jumping the gun by talking about Green Lantern sequels already.

Warner Bros must be quite pleased, because Ry Ry’s new superhero movie brought in $3.35 mil from midnight showings alone!

The movie opens today, and despite less-than-stellar reviews from critics, it’s expected to make somewhere around $55 mil this weekend.

Should be inneresting to see if the movie benefits from 3D…or if the higher ticket prices hurts Green Lantern at the box office.
