Green Tea Lowers Cholesterol


It might not be a huge amount, but green tea lowers your cholesterol and gives you yet another reason to drink it instead of things like soda and sugary drinks!
You can even take it by drinking it or take a capsule of it.
So how much are we talking? Five or six points off your cholesterol, which might just be the amount you need to lower.
But, it will not replace the cholesterol meds you’re taking if you have to be on meds. But it could help in conjunction with.
Gotta use it in moderation though, as it does contain caffeine if you’re trying to avoid that. And so far it looks like drinking it works slightly better than the capsule, but there needs to be more head-to-head testing before they can say that for certain!
