Guess' Paul Marciano Claims Time Article Will Clear His Name In Sexual Misconduct Scandal -- & He Wants An Apology From Kate Upton!

Paul Marciano is maintaining his innocence.
The Guess cofounder is confident that his name will be exonerated once a Time exposé drops about the sexual misconduct claims made against him. Huh.
As you surely know, multiple women — including Kate Upton and Playboy model Kristina Shannon — have accused the fashion titan of acting inappropriately with them. While Marciano’s responsibilities at Guess have been greatly reduced, he’s certain he’ll come out on top.

Per the Moroccan-born fashion designer, Kate’s allegations that he forcibly groped her and harassed her during the course of their working relationship are “false” and “fabricated.” Once he’s cleared of the allegations, he not only expects to return to his post, but he also wants any apology from Upton.
When asked if he plans to sue the blonde supermodel for defamation, the father-of-four told TMZ:

“This I don’t know. We will see.”
