We didn’t quite believe it when Piers Morgan was accused of phone hacking, but it seems there are some out there hell bent on proving his guilt.
After vehemently denying the allegations and tweeting loads about it, the rumors surrounding Piers seemed to die down.
But now a British blogger, known as Guido Fawkes, has spoken to Forbes insisting he has a recording proving all of it.
In a downright nasty tweet, Guido told Piers:
Look around @piersmorgan. Nothing lasts forever.
Wednesday morning, Piers responded to the news, tweeting:
I don’t mind being wrongly smeared with all this #Hackgate stuff, I’d just rather it wasn’t done by liars, druggie ex-bankrupts and conmen. For those who don’t know who @GuidoFawkes is, here’s his biog: http://t.co/3TJEX4k. Not exactly Woodward/Bernstein is it? I’ll be making no further comment on this #Hackgate nonsense. But important for everyone to know exactly who these lying smearers are.
