Gwyneth Paltrow was getting all emotional on Wednesday night, but it wasn’t because of her family dramz!
Well, at least not THAT family!
The Iron Man 3 star was just another audience member at the Geffen Playhouse in El Lay as her mother, the fabulous Blythe Danner, performed in The Country House, previewing here before moving on to Broadway.
Gwyn is normally thought of as unrelatable, but one onlooker at the theater noticed gurl having a very human moment! The eyewitness said:
“She was tearing up at a scene where her mother ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ who plays a legendary actress ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ has a confrontation with her grown-up, depressed son. It was sweet to see her watching her mom.”
Aww! That’s so sweet! But was it the performance or was she just working through some personal shiz?
Word is Gwyn attended the production not with her (sorta)(almost)(maybe not) reconciled hubby Chris Martin but with pal Gavin Rossdale, so we’re guessing her mind was free of relationship woes for the evening.
It’s so nice to get together with family, and then make them cry. Sounds like every Thanksgiving! LOLz!
