Hailey Baldwin might need another lesson in Insta-stalking!
The model just stirred up a ton of chatter after following then promptly unfollowing a fan Instagram account devoted to her husband Justin Bieber‘s ex Selena Gomez. Yup, in 2018 — that just happened.

So was the 21-year-old mindlessly scrolling and hit the “Follow” button? We’ve all been guilty of it before.
But someone as high profile like Hailey, who’s already been called out in the past for liking Jelena posts, certainly has to be a bit more careful, right?
When it first happened, the user who runs @houseofsel posted a screenshot of Baldwin’s sneaky moves, freaking out in disbelief with a caption that reads:
“Omfg hailey appareantly followed me and unfollowed lmaoooo whaaaat??”
The new Mrs. Bieber quickly reached out to the account after, admitting it was actually a mistake on her part:
The damage was already done because the buzz from the small moment had Jelena and Jailey fans so pressed that the IG user had to turn the off comments on her post!
To be fair, it sounds like people might be taking this innocuous move a bit far, but at the same time — we can’t help but wonder how Biebs feels about all this, too.
