Half-Naked Creep High On Bath Salts Stalks Little Girl

Why is getting high on bath salts a thing??
WHY?
In the latest disturbing case of it, a half-naked creep high on bath salts was stalking a little girl on a playground.
He allegedly said this:

“Hi pretty girl, I want to stick it in you.”

That’s the most terrifying thing, ever. Ugh.
Shane Shuyler was caught lurking around a playground last Wednesday, authorities said.
He wore boxer shorts and nothing else when he exposed himself to the mother’s toddler daughter and made the gross remark.
He then hid underneath a slide and stalked at least one other family before police picked him up!
They found bath salts on him!
What the hell is up with this lately?? So scary!
Glad they caught him!
