Halle Berry is reportedly back in family court today, armed with her lawyer and stack of documents detailing the reasons why her former lover, Gabriel Aubry, is an awful father. Gabriel wasn’t there to defend himself against her stockpile of accusations, but his lawyer was there and it sounds like the battle for custody of their 3-year-old daughter Nahla is renewed.
Such a shame. We were really hoping these two had learned their lessons and were ready to proceed peacefully as separated parents. Guess that was too much to hope for. How long do you think before one of them releases some nasty accusation about the other? A day? An hour? We’ll see!
