On Tuesday, Halle Berry‘s child support drama made its way to court as as she faced off against her ex Gabriel Aubry.
As we previously reported, the Oscar winner is looking to decrease the amount of child support stipend to her baby daddy from $16,000 to $3,000. Whoa!
The former couple share custody of daughter Nahla and the X-Men actress feels that Canadian native is using her support payments as a meal ticket. Yikes!

However, the brunette beauty claims that she’s more than happy to pay her former flame so that he may properly care for their 7-year-old when he has physical custody — but she feels he’s just using the money to avoid work.

In contrast, the Hollywood A-lister’s ex BF is claiming that he’s lost jobs as a successful model since Halle’s husband Olivier Martinez punched him in the face.
Whomp, whomp.
We hope the duo will be able to come to a fair agreement sooner than later. Remember guys, there’s a child involved.
