Well, it’s over.
After marrying back in 2013, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez‘s divorce has officially been finalized, according to TMZ.

Olivier has furthermore agreed to let his former wife be the official petitioner.
The pair both petitioned to divorce at the same time back in October 2015, but under California law only one person can be the petitioner.
The pair have also agreed to share both physical and legal custody of their three-year-old son, Maceo, but there are still property issues to be resolved.
