Q&A with The Baby Planners!
Perezito’s baby experts Ellie & Melissa were asked:

“I love Halloween but hate the chocolate overload – how can I teach my kids that when it comes to Halloween candy, less is more?”

Such a hard thing to explain to a kid when they are just handed loads and loads of candy freely! How are they – and we – to resist! Luckily, The Baby Planners have an answer!
Ellie & Melissa’s tip:

“Don’t we know that those snickers, malt balls, and m&m’s are scary hard to resist! But we – and our waist lines – agree, just a few are enough no matter what age. We say, allow your kids to pick out a handful or two of their favorites, put one in their lunchbox as a special treat every now and then, and take the rest to your local fire station, dentist office, or even your children’s school where charitable candy giving plans are typically in place. And if they’re not, we personally like Operation Gratitude which sends care packages to the U.S. Military. Now that’s sweet!”
