Halsey Cancels Shows After Being Hit By News Of Family Emergency Mid-Concert

Poor Halsey!
The Bad At Love singer stopped her concert at the Saddledome in Calgary on Tuesday night, telling the audience she had received some bad news about her family and had to leave immediately.

The next morning, Live Nation released a statement canceling her Wednesday night show in Edmonton, saying:

“Due to a personal emergency, Halsey will be unable to perform tonight at Rogers Place in Edmonton. Tickets purchased online and by telephone will be refunded automatically. Ticket holders that bought in-person are eligible for a refund at their point-of-purchase.”

Halsey has not revealed what the family emergency was, but in an Instagram post she told fans it was “breaking her heart” and she needed a few days to “gain her composure.”
