Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and Twilight author Stephenie Meyer were tapped to present an Oscar together, but no dice!
Rowling is unable to present due to “scheduling conflicts”, and Meyer, being the strict Mormon she is, is prohibited from working on Sundays.
Sorry, Hollywood!
Apparently religion trumps the Academy Awards!
