Harvey Weinstein, Anne Hathaway And Aaron Sorkin Join Forces To Raise Money For Obama

While business billionaires are busy throwing money at Mitt Romney‘s presidential campaign, Barack Obama is once again turning to Hollywood for financial support.
George Clooney, Ryan Murphy, Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwen Stefani and Morgan Freeman have already done their fair share for the President’s re-election campaign, but now a few more Hollywood heavyweights are stepping up to the plate too.
Movie mogul Harvery Weinstein will be joined by Anne Hathaway, Aaron Sorkin and Joanne Woodward at his Westport, Connecticut mansion tonight to host an intimate dinner for 50 guests at which the POTUS will speak.
The dinner costs supporters $35,800 a ticket, so the Obama Victory Fund and the Democratic National Committee can expect an extra $1,790,000 in the bank by tomorrow morning.
Not all of Hollywood is impressed with Obama’s job in the Oval Office though. Clint Eastwood has given his endorsement to the Republican candidate, Mitt Romeny, while Jenna Jameson revealed she would have given her endorsement to ANY Republican candidate.
Well, you can’t please everyone.
