Not every woman in Hollywood is afraid of Harvey Weinstein.
The disgraced movie mogul wants the lawsuit filed against him dismissed, and he’s using the few actresses he didn’t allegedly assault to defend himself.
Back in December, we reported that six women filed a class action lawsuit likening the producer and his former companies to a racketeering enterprise that exposed the plaintiffs and “hundreds of other females like them” to sexual misconduct. The suit seeks retribution for the plaintiffs’ loss of work opportunities.

But in his response, Harvey claims there’s no way he could have used his power to ruin women’s careers. Why? Because he helped Gwyneth Paltrow win an Oscar after she rebuffed his advances!
The doc, obtained by The Blast, states:
“Gwyneth Paltrow was allegedly harassed during the filming of Emma in 1994 ├óΓé¼┬ª Yet, Paltrow went on to star in another Weinstein production ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ Shakespeare In Love├óΓé¼┬ª Paltrow was not so offended that she refused to work with Weinstein again, nor did her career suffer as a result of her rebuffing his alleged advances.”
Yes, the Goop founder did continue to work with Weinstein and went on to become the “First Lady of Miramax“ — but one Oscar doesn’t make up for the careers he did tarnish.
The disgraced producer also used Jennifer Lawrence and Meryl Streep to salvage his reputation, claiming J.Law told Oprah Winfrey that “he had only ever been nice to me” and that Streep stated publicly that “Weinstein had always been respectful to her in their working relationship.”
Well, that’s nice for those two, but it doesn’t negate the 80-plus women who claim to have terrifying encounters with Weinstein.

Of course, the slimy exec is trying to get out of those, too; his attorney argues that many of the alleged incidents in the lawsuit occured after the statute of limitations has expired — and apparently aren’t even that bad in the first place!
The docs states that many of the women’s accusations that Weinstein kissed, hugged, “chased” them around hotel rooms, or even asked them to watch him masturbate does not meet the requirement of a sex act.
Weinstein’s lawyer claims no “sexual contact” occurred with any of his accusers, graphically explaining that a penis must come into contact with an “anus,” “mouth” or “vulva,” to meet the requirement.
For those reasons, Weinstein believes the case should be thrown out. The Weinstein Company has also responded to the lawsuit and puts the blame entirely on Uncle Harvey.
If there’s one person time needs to be up for, it’s this giant pervy anus.
